What is the return policy?

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our services and handmade ceramic work, we do not offer refunds or returns on:


  • Pottery classes, workshops, or course packages

  • Studio fees, firing fees, or material fees

  • Gift cards or class credits

  • Finished ceramic pieces once they have been fired

Class Cancellations & Rescheduling


  • Class bookings are non-refundable.

  • With at least 24–48 hours’ notice, a one-time rescheduling may be offered based on availability.

  • Missed classes or no-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Ceramic Work Disclaimer

Ceramics are inherently fragile, and results may vary. We are not responsible for:


  • Cracks, warping, glaze defects, or color variations

  • Damage occurring during drying, firing, or glazing

If a piece is damaged due to studio handling error only, store credit may be considered at our discretion.

How to Schedule Your Class

By Appointment Only


  1. Please book your class online through our website.

  2. After purchase, select your preferred date and time from the available schedule.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is completed.

For Class Packages (4-class / 10-class):


  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Classes are subject to availability and must be used within the valid period.

  • Missed appointments count as used unless rescheduled in advance.

Child Supervision Policy

For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while in the studio.

The studio is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from lack of supervision.
