Free Creative Hand-Building Workshop – Slab Building $105 per person
Create freely with clay in this beginner-friendly hand-building workshop.
In this class, you will use slab-building techniques to shape your own ceramic piece. You can create a plate, tray, bowl, small sculpture, decorative object, or another simple handmade form. This workshop is designed for open-ended creativity, with instructor support and guidance throughout the session.
Workshop Includes:
- 2 lbs of white clay
- Guided hand-building instruction
- Teacher assistance and creative support
- Freedom to create your own ceramic piece
- Firing included for one piece under 7.5 inches

Beginner-friendly and no experience needed. Our instructor will help you understand the clay, shape your idea, and complete your handmade piece step by step.

Please note: pottery pieces cannot be taken home the same day. Your piece will need to be fired in the kiln after class. We will notify you when it is ready for pickup or the next glazing step. The full firing and finishing process usually takes 3–4 weeks.
