Please Read Before Ordering

For customers who originally selected the self-painting option but would now like Terraflow to glaze their piece for them.

Each glaze selection applies to one piece only. If you have two or more pieces, please place a separate order for each piece. The phone number used for your order must match the phone number originally provided when the piece was registered.

Please provide the correct phone number when placing your order. Due to the large number of pieces in our studio, we may need to contact you by text message to verify your artwork if we are unable to identify it.

Glazing and kiln firing take approximately 2 weeks. Once your piece is ready, you will receive a text message with a photo of your finished piece and pickup instructions. You may then schedule a pickup appointment. If you prefer shipping, simply click the shipping link included in the pickup notification text message.

Finished pieces will be held for 90 days after glazing and kiln firing. Please schedule a pickup appointment or request shipping within 90 days of receiving your pickup notification.
